Plot:
Never surrender.
As a train leaves Union Station in L.A., a militia team comes in and hijacks the train. The Senator and other passengers are taken hostage and a nuclear bomb is planted. An ATF Agent is on board, and fights to save the hostages and defuse the bomb. It's a race against time as the agent must defeat the militia and prevent total destruction.
This is a very rare and hard to find movie!
